I have just ordered carpet from Bargain Floors and found them to be very helpful and accommodating, with a can do attitude.
When I ordered I didn't think to tell them I lived in a basement flat with difficult access, so when the carpet arrived it didn't fit through the door.
Bargain Floors had the carpet sent back to their warehouse, and repackaged it so it would fit through my door. This was at no extra cost to me despite Bargain Floors being charged by the delivery firm. I thoroughly recommend them !

Finally we are so pleased with the results we would like you to come back and fit the carpet around the back hall door. We have the carpet from an offcut and the area is about a square metre in size (where you fitted the extra coier mat), but could you give us an idea how much it would cost to fit, and perhaps next time you are in the town you could pop in to fit it. Hopefully won't take you more than 20mins or so.

A very big thank you for the brilliant service we received from you and the fitters. Our new carpet looks fantastic! The fitters (I think you said that are your brothers?) were so helpful and I just hope they didn’t do themselves an injury lifting the piano! I shall certainly pass on your details to anyone I come across who needs new flooring. In fact my neighbour will be wanting bedroom carpet in a few weeks time and she will give you a ring when the room has been decorated. There’s no hurry for our bathroom flooring as we have to get the new bathroom suite installed and that won’t be just yet, but do let us know if anything comes up that you think might be suitable.

To Whom it may concern,
I work on behalf of Park Resorts at Camber Sands Holiday Park in charge of the After Sales team.
We repair and replace anything that owners have issues with in their new and used caravans and chalets. This includes alot of carpet and vinyl issues.
Since beginning working with us in April 2006 I am pleased to say that Bargain Floors have been fantastic. Any time we've needed a job that is urgent they've bent over backwards to help us. Their effciency is just one of the many reasons why we would use no other firm.
Every carpet they have laid for us our Owners have always commented on the quality of the carpet and the friendly service that has been provided. Their prices are very reasonable and we're always assured that the best is provided for us.
A fine example of their work is when we had a very short noticed visit from our head office, which concluded that we needed 12 vans completley re-carpeted in a week.
Not only did Stuart and his team have a lot of work on already, they re-scheduled and swapped appointments because He knew how vital this work was to be done. The team did a fabulous job, which we couldn't thank them enough for.
