Orders are taken via credit / debit card and processed over the phone by one of our friendly team. You will need the carpet reference to place your order.
Should you prefer Paypal as a payment option please let us know when calling so that we can invoice you directly.
On taking your order we will ask you when is your preffered delivery date if you have one and we will go through the delivery process with you so that you are fully aware of all information needed to make it a stress free delivery.
Saturday Deliveries are available but will be subject to an additional delivery charge. Please ask one of our friendly team for more information.
BARGAIN FLOORS will arrange deliver to addresses located in mainland England, Scotland & Wales. There is a standard charge of £19.99 per order(not per item) which is actually free on our carpets to clear section.

YOUR DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE: The delivery's are kerb side only & the driver will require able-bodied assistance for orders at the delivery point. If you live in a flat or any other difficult to deliver to address you must notify us of this so that we can make special arrangements with you before delivery.
Delivery of your order will normally be completed within 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays) of the confirmed receipt of your order. You will be advised of your delivery day when you place your order. However should you need your carpets quicker than the time stated please let us know and we will endeavour to suit your individual needs if possible.Specific delivery dates
Should you also require a specific delivery date then we can ask the courier to book this in with you on your required date (this must be within 2 weeks of placing your order).

VERY IMPORTANT when your goods arrive please inspect the packaging & goods for visible damage (in transit) before you sign for your delivery. If there is any visible damage please report this on the delivery note .The carriers will not be liable for any damage not reported on delivery note when signed.
Please note: As we use a courier all delivery times & dates are estimates, BARGAIN FLOORS can not be hold responsible for any late deliveries.
This is subject to the goods being returned wrapped in their original condition and having not been cut or used in any shape or form.
Please note that although the pictures displayed on our website are from the actual carpet for sale being scanned some colours may vary between your computer monitor setting. We recommend you order a sample prior to ordering your flooring to be absolutley sure before making your order. BARGAIN FLOORS will not be responsible for any charges regarding colour change.
BARGAIN FLOORS will accept the return of whole orders (excluding special orders) providing notification is given to us within 7 working days of the receipt of your order.
We will refund the total balance charged to your debit or credit card less the initial delivery costs and a 15% restocking and admin fee. We will refund delivery costs if BARGAIN FLOORS is found to be at fault with your order.
